Cube paint filter

Cube paint filter made by Filters Engineering is most often used in car paint shops. The unique design allows the filter to be unfolded immediately when being removed from the pallet and immediately installed in the paint booth wall cassette.

The operation of the filter consists in using the phenomenon of stream impact and inertial separation. Cube Paint catches spray droplets suspended in the air stream properly directed by the filters. The inner cavities of the V-shaped filter contribute to the more effective deposition of spray droplets.

The enriched layout of the labyrinth channels of accordion filters used in the filters allows separation of more paint and ensures an extended filtration process. Thus, we avoid having to stop the paint shop for the time-consuming replacement of filters.

Innovative design

Unlike competing products, which consist of two parts, the Filters Engineering cube paint filters are made of one part. This makes the filter easier to assemble. With just one hand movement, the filter takes its final shape ready for insertion into the spray booth. Thus, we avoid the onerous unfolding of the housings and inserting a set of filters into them.

Eco-friendly product

Filters Engineering cube paint filter is made from eco-friendly materials while maintaining ISO 14001 environmental standards. For production, we only use recycled paper. Thanks to this, all our filters are easy to dispose of.

Easy and economical to transport

The expandable design of the cube paint filter means that it takes up less space. Thanks to this, we avoid onerous and expensive transport and storage, which requires the use of non-standard pallets.

Many variants of filtration

Depending on the specification of a given varnish, cube paint filters are available in different variants (taking into account the customer’s needs). We currently offer them in four depth versions: 150, 200, 300 and 500.

Available also with the seal

As the only one on the market, Filters Engineering offers cube paint filters with a seal.
